Refund Policy
At EcoCleanPath, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
Return Eligibility
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
- Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery
Return Process
- Contact us at support@ecocleanpath.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent or defective product).
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same item. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company first. If you still have not received it, contact us at support@ecocleanpath.com.
